Cancellation Policy:

All clients must give at least a 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule their appointment in order to avoid a fee.

50% of the service cost will be charged if the client notifies less than 24 hours of the appointment.

100% of the service cost will be charged if the clients notifies the day of the appointment.

Hair Extension Services:

All hair extension services are customized for each guest. Due to the custom nature of extension hair and installation, all extension services are non-refundable.
